The last victim was Kurt Henning on Monday Nitro!! Goldberg also took out Kurt Henning at Bash at the Beach!!! Although many insiders are speculating that Hollywood Hogan will soon regain the WCW World title from Goldberg, that is reportedly not going to be the case. WCW is hopeful that their new champion will be the next major superstar in the industry and the man who defines his era in the business as Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Lou Thesz, and Bruno Sammartino have in the past. For that reason, WCW is likely going to give the charismatic Goldberg the opportunity to carry the promotion for at least several months before relinquishing the title. That said, Hogan agreed to drop the strap only when promised that he would be the man to defeat Goldberg and regain the title months down the road, which will only further serve to strengthen Hogan's omnipotence in WCW.
